Ingredients:
- 4 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Preparation:
- Wash the rice and boil with 2 cups of water until water is soaked.
- Add milk, sugar and vanilla and stir on low heat for 15-20 minutes until it boils.
- Mix corn starch with a little bit of water in a cup until it is smooth. Then add it slowly to the pot and continue stirring for 5 more minutes.
- Pour pudding into ovenproof bowls and broil them until the top is brown.
- Chill and serve.
